Please, is there any way to change scale in workspace to a custom value? I specifically want 1:75, which is standard for drawings, but it is not in Allplan standards.

By call the tool by the menu View/reference Scale, than you will get a new mask Windows where you can set the scale.
By setting the value anc click on '+', this value will be add in your choice list.
Per default the first entry on the drawing file is on scale 1:50 but you can change it by after and it's belong to the drawing file.
