What has to be done to have in allplan 2013 the same fonts as in 2009. See attachements.

Maybe, you can copy this font in a new empty project in Allplan 2009 with the project pilot.
Then, you export the project and load it in Allplan 2013 (Allplan will convert it automatically).
You use again the project pilot to copy the font from the project to your defaults.
Hope this will be ok...

Not working. I even replaced all *.afn files to every location, but I got the same result.

There is something wrong in your installation... I tried this font and I got what you want (see attached picture).
Then, the standard font 13 is still the same.
To test, I send you also the file "n13_1250.afn" from Allplan 2013. You have to put it into STD folder.
