What is the best format to export a file from Allplan to Frilo and the other way around (Frilo to Allplan).

There are different interfaces for FriLo
3D reinforcement can be transferred to Allplan via various programs for designing (transfer format .a) - (here designing actually means measuring)
Exchange with FriLo plate and disc program:
transfer of architectural elements for plate and disc design directly to FriLo, if FriLo is installed on the same computer. Otherwise you can use DWG/DXF.
The calculation results (reinforcement percentage) for plates and discs can be transferred to Allplan (transfer format .asf)
