I didn't heard any issue about it. Do you have the issue since the installation?
Can you try to open the program folder and start the application "NemProjectPilot10.exe" with right clic "use as admin" and see if it's working.
If yes, maybe there was something not properly init and it should work when you start it from Allplan.
If this is no longer working than it can be an issue during the installation. You can try to reinstall the application or contact your support service.
