[Question] New Laptop Amd 4800h cpu - NOT Allplan compatible

Hello everyone, I just purchased a new laptop Asus tuf A15 with amd cpu 4800h 8 cores 16 threads and nvidia 2060 rtx. The problem that I am having is that Allplan doesnt recognize the dedicated gpu even if forced in the nvidia control panel. So basicly opengl doesnt work. I contacted support and they told me that maybe future drivers from Amd will make it work. Anybody else that had problems like this?

Hello, I have the same problem with the exactly same laptop. Somehow I cannot set Allplan to work with Nvidia gpu. There souldn't be a problem with the laptop as the NVIDIA GPU works fine with other programs.
Please Allplan , come with a solution here.

Look at the bios settings and deactived the Nvidia optimius settings
