[Question] How to model a steel wall? [Solved]


Hi, i'm trying to model a light steel wall but it's very difficult to me. Are there someone could give me a little help to understand how model this frame (give a look at attached images)

Hi,

At the moment, there is no light steel wall in Allplan. But i think you can do is with the 3D modeler or with the architectural element like columns and beams.

If you use a beam or a columns you can define the profile of each section you need.

I'm just wondering about the girder.Maybe it can be draw with the Railing system and/or Facade tool.

The main point must be to know what do you want to do with. Do you need to get a list of object.

There is also a possibility to create each sub object as smartPart or pythonPart. Then you can use smart object.
