Hello,

At the end of November, you had problems transferring licenses between computers. This was also posted on your website.
Now, even though you fixed the problem, I can't transfer the license from my computer to my laptop.
Attached are screenshots showing this issue.

Please solve the problem quickly, because I urgently need a license on my laptop.

Allplan will be able to do it.


You can try to manage your license on the site: http://lc.codemeter.com/59885/depot
“Ticket” is your Allplan Product Key.

I was trying to do that, but I see that the problem is that CmContainer is locked!
