How to make joint between two element, from picture no 1 to no 2

Hello,
It depends of the element type.
If it is a 3D volume, you can strech the volume and use a boolean function to make an union.
If it is a wall, you can use "Join linear components" to make the connection.

it is a strip foundation, picture no 1 is already use "join linear components" but the result is look like that (there is a gap)

You can change a settings in Options to get a good connection. See the attached images.
