Allplan crashes when you open the Wall dialog - what can you do?



Answer:

Since Allplan version 2020, you can also use OpenGL in Allplan if you use an onboard graphics card. Provided this card supports the OpenGL version listed in the system requirements:

In connection with outdated grafic card drivers and current Windows updates, the described crashes may occur in individual cases.

In this case, please update the drivers of your graphics card(s) first by downloading the appropriate driver from the manufacturer's homepage and then installing it:

Important: please do not use the Update Driver button in the Device Manager.
