Dear All,

When I create an issue (task) on the model at the Bimplus.net ı can not get information e-mail. When I publish the issue (task) I also fill the email box but could not get information mail about the issue (task) unless open Allplan or Bimplus platform.

Is there a solution about this?

may the Email is sent to spam?

happens often to automatic sent emails ...
