When I create an issue (task) on the model at the Bimplus.net ı can not get information e-mail. When I publish the issue (task) I also fill the email box but could not get information mail about the issue (task) unless open Allplan or Bimplus platform.
Is there a solution about this?

By default, Bimplus does not send email notifications for created issues. To receive information mails, you need to check notification settings in your Bimplus account and subscribe to issue/task updates. Otherwise, updates are only visible inside Allplan or the Bimplus platform.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, consider reaching out to Bimplus support for assistance io games. They may be able to provide insights specific to your account or the platform. Check if you have enabled browser notifications for Bimplus. Sometimes, notifications can be received through the browser instead of email.
