Hi, I don't know how to change settings of distance in placing openings into right position (let's if I want to change distance of window from nearby wall). Problem is shown in attachment.

This function is only to change the dimensions of the element, not to move it.
To move an item, right click on it and you'll get the context menu with Move function.
Then, you can use additional functions available with another right click after selection of the item (see online help).
You seem to miss the basics of Allplan. Perhaps you should follow the "Basics" and "Architecture" tutorials available on Allplan Connect (Training > Documentation).
