[Frage] Problems opening Allplan

Hello everyone!

I have problems to open the program, it allways locks at the end of the opening.

I have tried to install it many times, and tried to open it changing the compatibility, because i have windows 10, but even with that it locks.

Someone know how to resolve this problem?

What is the version of Allplan?
Allplan runs correctly on Windows 10, at least from Allplan 2014.
Maybe check if the folders are at the right places.
Did you change or move something directly in Windows Explorer?
