[Frage] [Bug] Length of reinforcement [Gelöst]

I found an issue with the calculation of the total length of a reinforcement. The length automatically changes if the placement is not aligned.

Step 1: The reinforcement is aligned with the formwork. Length = 1.42m OK.
Step 2: Added a non-aligned placement, length still OK.
Step 3: Deleted the original placement, length changes. Length = 1.35m NOT OK (!)

Has anyone encounter this bug? How can I get the correct length in the report?

Hi Otto,

In my 2016-1-11, I was not able to mimic your bug. The bar lenghts are equal both times. Maybe its a Options settings issue?

Thank you Johan for taking a look, indeed it is a problem with the Options settings. The original reinforcement (I'm copying it from another project via the Library) was set to calculate the length adding up each of the segments. When I changed the placement it switches to calculate the "actual length" automatically.
