Options menu disspeared

The options menu on my allplan isnt visible when I open it, it freezes out the background as if its open, but I just cant see it, and if i press esc it goes back to allplan.

I have tried reinstalling and it worked, but then allplan crashed again and the same thing started happening.

Can anyone help?

Hi James,
I'm hearing such a problem for the first time. Just wondering if you tried the tools in the Services Application, especially Cleanreg?
And sure if it's the latest update loaded...
