How to cut User.def.archit.element?
All instruments in bonus tools, works only with 3D elements.
And how to convert U-D element to 3D, I also can't found.

Have you tried converting the elements using Bonus tools / Convert Elements / Architecture to 3D solids? It works with U-D elements (first screenshot).
After cutting the 3D element you can convert it back to U-D, but you will need to remove its attributes (second screenshot).
