[Frage] Problem in restoring projects

Hello!

When trying to start Allplan the ”VCRUNTIME140_1.dll” error appeared. I reinstalled Allplan and i also reinstalled said dll file.
Now Allplan is working, but when i first opened it, all my projects were still appearing. After closing it and reopening, some of them disappeared and after another clossing and reopening all of them were lost. Could i recover them?

Thanks in advance for the support and sorry if the question sounds foolish, i`m new and learning on this program!

Hi Darius,

which operating system do you use?
Please have a look in your “central file storage folder” (screenshot with example) and their in the subfolder “PRJ”. Are there some subfolders which have the name of your projects?
Which version of Allplan have you install?
Is it possible to create new projects and after a restart of Allplan they are still there?
