Buongiorno,
ho un problema di installazione in quanto ho già ricevuto il Product Key via mail, ma quando faccio download appare una scheda con scritto: "Al fine di utilizzare i prodotti di Allplan Campus, devi provare o confermare il tuo status di studente o docente. Per fare questo sei pregato di andare alla “Verifica”. Hai già fatto la verifica recentemente? In questo caso ti preghiamo di pazientare fino a quando non avremo controllato e approvato la tua richiesta". Come posso risolvere?
