Hello everyone,

when using any PythonPart I always get the error message: StringToValueConverter: Value type lenght doesn't exist!

I currently have Allplan 2023-1-7 installed on one computer and Allplan 2023-1-8 on the other computer, and the problem is the same in both versions.

I tried in version 2024 and everything works normally there.

Do you have a suggestion as to what could be the solution? Maybe uninstall the software and reinstall?

Hi Monika,

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to fix it on 2023. The reinstall will not help. As you noticed, we fixed the problem in 2024 Version and we would strongly recommend to you upgrade.
