How far do SmartParts go?
Is there a command that creates partial schemas for SmartParts?
How about a command that creates views? Is that something that can only be done by using PythonParts?

Hello,
PythonPart and SmartPart are fundamentally different.
A SmartPart is an object which only uses its own functions and does not interact with other Allplan elements. It can only get data from "outside" for windows and doors (shape of opening). It is a "complex macro".
A PythonPart is able to command Allplan to do things. It can interact with certain other Allplan elements.
The problem with PythonParts is that it still lacks a lot of essential functions like full attribute management...
