I am wondering if it is possible to create 2d foils and 3d foils with visual scripting? Simiar to the smartpart scripts or the smart symbol foils. If not is there a workaround to hide some elements in some view types or if possible with level of detail?

It is currently not possible to do that with Visual Scripting.
But you can create 2D or 3D foils with coded PythonPart script. We haven't made that function available yet in VS.
