problema smart part

Come si evince dall'immagine che hai postato, c'è qualche altro tipo di problema pioichè, dalla V2013, la cartella ETC non è nella ...\\ProgramFiles ma nella cartella ...\ProgramData.
A questo punto, puoi seguire 2 strade:
- Prova eventualmente così: Allmenu - Assistenza - Windows Explorer - Documenti CAD propri (USR). Rinomina i file SMT.cfg & SMT.dat (es. SMTold.cfg & SMTold.dat) e riavvia Allplan.
- Se la soluzione sopra non funziona, può essere che tu stia utilizzando dei "vecchi" SMTs della V2012 che venivano caricati nel catalogo macro. Suggerisco quindi di eliminare le eventuali cartelle con SMTs nel catalogo macro ed eseguire un nuovo download degli SmartParts dalla palette Connect.
