[Frage] Unable to boot when language is changed

Hi guys

I purchased AllPlan from a Spanish retailer, and therefore the licence was in Spanish. I asked several times for it to be changed do portuguese and they finaly did. So when I updated the licence to portuguese the program doesn't boot. I bunch of errors apear on the boot screen regarding something about modules translations.

The guys from tech support don't get in touch, and I realy realy need the program.
Can anyone help?

Maybe reinstall Allplan (as an update) selecting "Portuguese" in addition to "Spanish"...
