[Frage] License problems

Hi,

I just reinstall windows, and now I'm trying to install Allplan. But I can't do this.
In menu: "Specify your license configuration" I tried all options.
When I choose "License activation" and enter product key, there was message: "License is already activated".
Than I tried "License selection", also nothing: "There is no license available for this Allplan version".

How can I fix this problem?

You had to release the license before reinstalling windows, you will have to contact your dealer or support now. They would help you fix your problem.
