Hi, I'm tryin gto edit a new rebar legen but I'm having trouble with the line distance.

If I do a new graphic cell the interline doesn't work correctly.
There is aanyone that have any experience creating a new legend table from scratch that could explain how the line distance works when we ues a grapic cell ina table?
