Is there any way to obtain the height of the sill and/or distance to both standard planes in the smartpart script of a door/window. I have been looking for it in the Smartpart Script Reference without any success.

There is no link with standard planes in SmartParts. This information cannot be managed in the SmartParts.
You can only get the points of the opening with REF_POLY. These points are referenced to the object, and not relative to the coordinates of the project.
