Smart labels / title blocks

Hi

I've been using allplan for some time, but never learned how to make smart labels or. title blocks for layouts.
Is there any easy way to make them?

So it would use the name of the project, and the drawings, and scale, for the information on the labels, when i would place them on the layout?
Is this even possible to make?
