Hi,

We detect a posible bug on L-type Stairs ( Einviertelpodest treppe ). See the images attached.
We didn't test the others stairs, and we don't know if those stairs have the same bug.

Regards,
Xavier C.A.

the last one is on top (high 3,42)... this means HOB

Namenlos gezeichnet in vollem Bewusstsein - ignorant, in eigen Augen vermutlich höflich, dennoch unhöflichst, unfreundlichst wer einen/viele vermutete - sich von alters erschließende Namen nennt.

Hi Markus, try this:

- Go to the inbox "stufen oben" and change the value "9" with the value "10". Then push enter. The plan of the stairs will not change.

- Now, go to the inbox "stufen oben" and change the value "10" with the value "9". Then push enter. Now the plan of the stairs will change.

We think that the bug is in the inbox "stufen oben", and the inbox isn't showing the correct number.

Best regards,
Xavier C.A.

Hi!

We detect another posible bug on L-type Stairs ( Einviertelpodest treppe ). See the images attached.

When we change the "Top Step" to "TH-" value (see "stairs 2.png"), and the value of "Top Hgt" is changed. The problem is that the stair model doesn't update with the new value of "Top Hgt".

Best regards,
Xavier C.A.

try to type "Strg+F5"?

The Screen will be reinitialized...

Good morning numerobis, and thanks for your answer.

Well, refresh doesn't solve the problem.

This is a bug/problem of allplan, because when we change the "Top step" value, the only value that should change is the "Rise" and not the value of the "Top Hgt".

Mmmm... we found a little trick to solve it. Before to change the "Top step" value, go to the inbox of the "Top Hgt" and confirm the actual value. Then Allplan will understand that the "Top hgt" will be the fixed value, and then Allplan will recalculate the "Rise" value.

Best regards,
Xavier C.A.
