hi, i have allplan 2018 installed and i wanted an older version so i installed 2015 but didn't work. after i uninstalled 2015 drag and drop (photo, dwg, pdf) option doesn't work anymore on 2018. i have to use import from now on.

i would recommend to install 2018 as update again to fix this issue.
