We were unable to implement the rounded corners for 3D bodies (bended bars) in reasonable way.

We tried several approaches:

1) Create the stirrup as reinforcement with rounded corners and then convert it into a 3D solid.
Result: We could not find a direct way in the PythonParts API to convert reinforcement (BarPlacement or BendingShape) into a 3D solid (BRep).
Is there such a function in the PP API?

2) Create a 3D solid by sweeping a profile along a complex axis generated from the bending shape.
BendingShape with rounded corners → Polyline → CreateSweptBRep
Result: The resulting Polyline does not contain the rounded corners.

3) The same approach, but using an axis created by combining straight segments and arcs between them.
Line3D + Arc3D + Line3D → Path3D
Result: We were unable to perform the sweeping in a single operation along the entire composite Path3D, consisting of straight segments and arcs. The CreateSweptBRep function stops at the end of each segment, apparently because each segment requires a separately and correctly oriented profile.

Are we making a mistake somewhere? What would be the recommended way to create such a 3D solid with rounded stirrup corners using the PythonParts API?

Our code examples for p. 2 and 3 we gladly provide upon request.
