Rebar dimension line, label problem

Hi folk!

Can somebody tell me why the labels go away? In attachment with red hoops. The original placement was without angulars. (v.2014)

Just trying to share,
Was it placed in perpendicular of current system angle?
Cause it usually happen when the rebars placed not in perpendicular of curent system angle but we put the label/text on 0 degrees of angle. And it also happen when we slightly rotate the rebars accidently.
