Makro verhält sich merkwürdig???

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe Bild angehängt. Ich versuche Makrofolie zu bearbeiten bzw. nur die Stiftfarbe zu ändern.
Mir spring die Spüle sofort hoch.
Kann mir einer sagen was ich falsch mache
Danke
