Allplan Forum: Extrudieren entlang Pfad

Liebe Forummitglieder.

Ich gehe stark davon aus das das Problem vor dem Monitor sitzt und habe folgende Frage..
Bei der Allplan Funktion "Extrudieren entlang Pfad" hat man ja die Möglichlkeit die Z-Achse zu sperren
sowie die Anzahl an Innenprofilen anzugeben.

Meine versuche mit Sweep XY entlang des Pfads ist hier denke ich nicht zielführend aber wie geht man hier vor? Kann es sein das in VS die Allplan Funktion wie oben beschrieben noch nicht gibt?.

I haven't tried with all sweep node. But the node "SweepXYSection" does seem to work if you uncheck the option "RotateSection". This will generate the same geometry as the option "z-axis locked" / "Z-Achse zu sperren" in the Allplan function "Extrude along path" / "Extrudieren entlang Pfad".

Please check the screenshot below for details. In the screenshot, the black one is generated by using the native Allplan function, the red one is the preview from VS.

Hallo Xinling Vielen Dank für deine Rückmeldung.

Leider nicht ganz bzw. sehe dir bitte das Beispiel hier an.
Ich vermute bei dem Beispiel das du hier zeigst ist der Pfad immer auf der gleichen Höhe.
Bei dem Pfad als Polylinie bitte mal die Punkte in Z Richtung auf andere Höhen setzen.

Hier mal ein ganz einfaches Beispiel mit einer Linie

The spline path shown in the previous examples does have variations in the z direction. I did a second test and please check the screenshot below. The black geometry is created by native Allplan function, the red is the VS preview. They appears identical to me, when the "RotateSection" setting is unchecked.

My assumption is that if the path has some changes in z direction, the node "SweepXYSection" will place the profile at the start point with some rotation. This may result in a different outcome compare to the native Allplan function if your profile is not perpendicular to the path.

You can also try the node "SweepByRailPath" and use the same path for the Rail and the Path. This node also has the option to disable "RotateSection". The only limitation with this node is that it only works with profiles which touch the path.
