The basics of allplan - can not install - in trouble from the very beginning

Hello,

Can not update 2024 or 2025 from respectively 2024.1.8 to 2024.1.10 and 2025.0.2 tot 2025.1.1

both neighter via the startup process, nor via download from the latest installationfiles on allplan connect

Who else is having trouble with this type of basics?
I guess, I can not be the only one and presume I still pay the same as everyone else to get top dollar software, right?

we have switched the Server Infrastructure to one with a "more powerful" bandwidth.

maybe your IT has restricted access to only specific IP addresses?

new Servers:

setup-eu.allplan.com 88.221.196.48
autoupdate.allplan.com 2.21.109.82

Should or could not be it.
I work alone and have no restrictions on anything.

I had a similar issue last year when I had to reinstall my complete machine to be able to install 2024.
I bought a new machine to be able to stay operational.

Allplan could not advise anything else bet doing a complete recovery.
This has the same smell all over it and I'm not doing anything out of the ordinary.

looks like a broken existing OLD installation.
