Allplan Forum: Cannot Download reference model from Bimplus

Hello, something happens to me that I can't find an explanation for.

Randomly I can and cannot download reference models from Bimplus, that is, sometimes I have the DOWNLOAD button active and other times I don't.
These two images have been created in less than 1 min.
Is it a problem with my account? About my Internet connection, I'm wired, do you know what could be the cause?

I have the same problem. Uploaded a ifc model using a browser. I can see the model in the modelselector in allplan but cannot download it no matter what I toggle using the visibility button.

I'm logged in as a team owner

Hello,

what Versions of Allplan do you use? The model selection changed in one of the last service updates and maybe this is the reason that it does not work reliable at your computers. See my screenshot please for the current look. Your screenshots show the old dialog.
