I was very pleased when the steel structure option became available in allplan for some basic steel construction. Then allplan took them away. Then the license lineair, cubed and squared licences were changed and they came back for the Allplan Architecture license. The toolbox was added but with the new allplan 2023 I can't use it due to not having the correct license?

What is the idea behind this? I have access to the steel construction options but not the connection toolbox?

Hello,

the connection toolbox was offered as technical preview in version 2021/2022 for all licences. Now the feature has reached the status, that it is being available only for the AEC and Engineering licence, and thus for the intended target group.
Now, in Allplan 2023, with the architecture licence, the "Structural framing” module is still available without the Connection Toolbox, so that the steel components can still be modelled with the functions e.g., "Structural framing column" and "Structural framing beam".
