You have to use a standard window but define your opening with "Facing" and/or "Rabbet".

Dovete usare una finestra standard ma definire la vostra apertura con "Rivestimento" e/o "Incasso".

Diese arbeitet mit:
-Falz
-Verblendung
-negativem Abstand zur Öffnung beim Fenster-SmartPart
Wenn man den Putz als Seitenfläche des Raumes/Geschosses herstellt, wirds noch einfacher...

It is not possible, because the line is produced by the wall, not by the SmartPart.
