When I create a new bar legend in Allplan, I can not find a way to reduce the text height of the bar geometry. Is there any way to reduce the text height?

This is possible. You can change the text parameters used for the reinforcement dimensions in legends in the options. You can find it in the Options --> Reinforcement --> Label --> Schema --> Offset of dimension line to segment --> Dimension line. This will open a pop-up menu with all the settings of the dimension line you refer to and also the text height and stuff. See appendix for a screenshot where you can find this.
