Hi,

our office has several Allplan licenses and several Share Licenses. These need to be changed from time to time between colleagues. The Share license is allocated via the Allplan Shop interface under the SUBSCRIPTIONS & USERS function, but Allplan still says that the user does not have the bimplus Share option.

If we remove the Share authorization from someone, they will still access the Share server without an error message. It is as if SUBSCRIPTIONS & USERS are not updated via the Allplan Shop interface.

Any ideas to fix this problem? (The problem also occurs with the Allplan 2022 and Allplan 2023 programs)
