I have a question, how do we know if our account in BIM Plus is already premium Bim Plus account or not

the Teamowner (or a Team Admin) can see it on this way:
visit https://shop.allplan.com
login with same credentioals as in bimplus
https://shop.allplan.com/index.php?lang=1&cl=account
then visit "Subscriptions & Users" page
https://shop.allplan.com/index.php?lang=1&cl=apApps2Users
see if you Subscription is just a Freemium or Standard subscription or the "bimplus premium" abo
