So I installed Allplan and tried to put my key to start my trial but I cannot start allplan for some reason it activates the key but the moment I press start Allplan it goes right back to this screen any tips on what to do? Thanks in advance
It looks as if the Product Key you tried is still in use in your school and also is activated there. So this key will not work.

It seems that Allplan is not connected to Internet.
Check if Allplan can connect to its server to activate the license online.

It is not managed by Allplan. It is linked to your network/internet configuration and perhaps to your security tools (antivirus...).
By default, everything happens without any intervention.
