Dear Urella,

Your first step is to creat a new project in allplan. So a folder is automatically generated on your hard disc. In this folder the drawing files are safed.
In service (Allmenu) you can read where on your hard disc this folder is situated. (pic)

Dear Urella,

on the old computer:
- close Allplan and open the "service (allmenu)2009.
- first you configure the backup path (where the data will be safed, for examble usb-stic) (pic 1)
- then bachup yours project(s). (pic 2)
back up in compressed format.

on the new computer:
- take the same way.
- first configure the backup path where the project(s) was safed.
- import the project on this way: Data Backup + import + projects.
- follow the instructions.
