The list of project attribute is predefined since a very long time. It's possible to add other free attribute but they won't be display in the "Open Project Menu". So if you use the column in this interface, it's not nice to open manually the property of the project to write the value.

A trick is to use field or other domain that you don't use today for special purpose. Let's say, there is electrician company field (name, street, city, zip,...) or other one.
You can't change the name of the field.
You can use each of these field for your need, you just need to manage to always use the same field for your purpose. So you could have automatic labeling of your title block. (you can write a general info to avoid mistake inside each field).
