The 2D elements are displayed in 3D views.
You can activate this in "Show/Hide" dialog box.

There may be something else in your configuration or settings that is interfering.
Maybe you should contact Allplan support.
By the way, in the Allplan Connect forum, use PNG or JPG images instead, because BMPs cannot be read without downloading them first.
