When you use a pattern for a wall and then section the wall the pattern isn't uniform throughout the section. It is scaled and mirrored depending on wall thickness and orientation.

Yes it is really annoying but you cannot change it. I believe hatching does work but hatching is very limited.

Allplan is seiously lacking much needed features for architects and draftsmen and is very focused on prefab features. Sad but true.
