Il y a t'il une astuce pour régler le problème ou doit je forcément appeler la hotline...

Le fichier d'installation se trouve dans un fichier ZIP (Allplan Update 2014-1-2.zip) qui est dans "C:\Données\Nemetschek\Allplan\Download\x64" (si Allplan est installé en 64 bits).
Une installation "manuelle" doit pouvoir fonctionner.

Sinon, effectivement, il faudra contacter le support technique...
