Bimplus and Share Outage


Good morning,

as you can see from the general note on Connect, we have another outage with our Bimplus hoster. This means that Bimplus is not available and Share is not usable. I would like to apologize for this renewed outage. I don't have any further technical information - but I'm in constant contact with the responsible colleagues and will inform you immediately if there are any changes.

Hi,

we are working on it and you may notice that Bimplus is mostly accessable. However, the connections around Bimplus (and thus also Share) are not yet stable enough to give a general all-clear.

I will keep an eye on it and get back to you

Hello everyone,

There is a go from our IT, all systems are back. My own tests show that everything works, but still quite slow. Could be related to the fact that many are now accessing at the same time.

here you can find an official announcement:

"Dear Customers, Please once again accept our apologies for the downtime you may have experienced with Bimplus. Earlier in the week our service provider experienced hardware issues which resulted in some instability from their end. It was a critical decision to resolve this issue as soon as possible and this has now been done, although it took longer than we had been informed. The service is now up and running again. Please get in contact if you need to discuss anything further".
