I think you can achieve this using the 3D Modeller tools or smartpart window function. Which did you want, the opening (in the blue outline) or the window itself?

Thks for your support. U almost made it however my opening is not
perpendicular to the wall. U can see in the plan, it's slightly inclined (Like u put a rabbet into an arched opening). And i also want to put it on a wall ( Not an 3D solid in ur video).
Ps: I'm using Allplan 2015
Hmm. I think you can achieve this by using the Stretch entities tool, to achieve the arch opening there is different geometries you can choose from in the window opening button under architecture. to achieve the window you can design it using smartparts as well
