[Frage] Project pilot has freeze [Gelöst]

Need help,
Does anyone has the same problem with me in 2018? Everytime I try to open project pilot, my allplan has freeze.
I am using Windows 10 and Allplan 2018-0-4.

Hello Danus,

I didn't heard any issue about it. Do you have the issue since the installation?

Can you try to open the program folder and start the application "NemProjectPilot10.exe" with right clic "use as admin" and see if it's working.

If yes, maybe there was something not properly init and it should work when you start it from Allplan.

If this is no longer working than it can be an issue during the installation. You can try to reinstall the application or contact your support service.

Hi Judy,

Allplan 2017 was awesome in the last 2 years in windows 7 & 10 then we decide to migrate to 2018.
Everything works well until this problem has come up after windows 10 updated.
I have tried this step: start the application "NemProjectPilot10.exe" with right clic "use as admin"
and it's working and also done re-installing Allplan 2018 then everything's works normal.
But, for me 2017 still more stable than 2018 at the moment. I wish they will release hotfix for stability issue very soon.

Hi Judy,
It has came back freeze again after few days works normally. I still don't have the solution for this.
