[Question] Addingg new parameter Problem in allplan 2024 [Solved]

I am working with Allplan and trying to add new parameters like classification (e.g omniclass) to my models. i tried many thing by strugiling with attribute mapping part, but any of my new parameter is not seen within bımvision or revit when it is exported from allplan as ifc4. I want to just add a classification parameter into just a wall and see that when exported as ifc4 .I am using 20244 Allplan, please someone help me

create a new user attribute as shown in the screenshot.

those attributes can be exportet without any barrier.

but because this is unnecessarily complicated I would ask Allplan why those attributes cannot be exported...

So far I have had little contact with classifications outside the ifc standard classification ifcEntity and the German DIN276 for our projects.
I have tried to write all attributes that are summarised by Allplan in the classification Tab into an ifc. only the attributes CoClass (18125) ‘Klassifikationsschlüssel’ (1395) and System (2609) were exported.

However, it could be that attributes such as OmniClass are not natively integrated in ifc and are therefore not exported.
the only way I have found is to create custom attributes that output the value from the Allplan default attribute, or simply use a custom text attribute. These can be output with the required name and Pset via attribute mapping.

actually i tried to solve with customization also but i can not, maybe you cab give more detail about your statement below, maybe just screenshots for insctance parameter as example. thanks again

thanks alot, i will try and hope to see customized parameter in any other software, revit, navis etc.. i also agree with you that this process should not be so diffucult

i assigned custom parameter as you directed bu still it is not visible in any other software

the value is missing. if you do not want to specify the value yet. set the attribute to "undefined".
