[Question] Stair and field

Hi, could someone tell me if it's possible and what are the commands to make a field where you can insert measurements like in the picture?

This can only be done in a dialog, not in the palette.
The yiu can place a picture, an then arrange input field on top of it.
See the example enclosed.
